Two Rings
Privacy Policy
Last updated September 28, 2026
Two Rings answers the phone for small businesses. That means we handle two very different kinds of information: details about the businesses who hire us, and details about the people who call them. This policy explains both, in plain language.
Current pilot status. The calculator runs in your browser and does not submit its figures. The request-to-join form saves your business email for personal follow-up; it does not create an account, collect payment, or activate service. A private notification about a new request may be emailed to our owner; it contains no form details. The join form does not send a calculated report, send a text, or start an automatic callback. Estimate, Index signup and callback forms are not offered. The public number is a recorded AI demo for fictional calls only; it is not staffed support and does not confirm bookings, send texts, dispatch help, or guarantee an immediate human response. Planned client features described below depend on each business's approved setup.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number, or your consent to be contacted, with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Not with anyone, not for any price.
Who we are
Two Rings operates under the name Two Rings. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@gettworings.com. The phone number on this site is a recorded AI demonstration, not a staffed support line.
Information we collect
If you are a business considering or using Two Rings
- What you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, city, and the details you enter when setting up your virtual front office โ your hours, services, pricing rules, escalation contacts and booking preferences.
- What you connect: if you link a calendar or scheduling system, we access only what is needed to check availability and record appointments.
- What our website records: submitting the request-to-join form saves your business email and page path for personal follow-up. Adjusting calculator sliders does not save or send your figures. Estimate, Index-update and callback forms are not available; if introduced later, their collection and consent wording will need separate review. Hosting providers may process request logs for operation and security.
If you called a business that uses Two Rings
- Call details: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and whether it was answered, transferred or resulted in an appointment.
- Call content: depending on the approved assistant settings, our voice provider may record and transcribe calls. Two Rings may store structured summaries, leads, appointments and operational call events. Earlier integration events may contain transcripts or recording-link fields; a new deployment does not automatically remove historical data. We are reviewing that history and will not claim that no additional copy exists.
- Text messages: if the business texts you through Two Rings, the content and delivery status of those messages.
The business you called is the owner of that information. We handle it on their behalf, under their instructions. See Call recording & consent for how recording and AI disclosure work.
How we use it
- To answer, qualify, route and follow up on calls and messages for the business you contacted.
- To book appointments and send confirmations and reminders.
- To alert a business owner when a call needs a person โ an emergency, a request to speak to someone, a booking that did not complete.
- To show a business how their phone is performing: how many calls came in, how many were answered, what happened next.
- To test and improve the accuracy and safety of our own service.
- To respond to you when you contact us, and to bill businesses who subscribe.
We do not use call content to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of vendors to run the service. Each one may only process information in order to provide their part of it.
| Vendor | What they handle |
|---|---|
| Retell AI | The voice agent that conducts calls; call recordings, transcripts and summaries |
| Twilio | Phone numbers, call connection, and text messaging |
| Supabase | Database storage for accounts, configurations, leads and alerts |
| Vercel | Hosting for our website and application |
| Google Fonts | Fonts loaded by your browser; font requests may expose network and browser information to Google |
We also share information with the business you called, because that is the entire point of the service. Beyond that, we disclose information only when the law requires it, when we must protect someone's safety, or if the business is ever sold or merged โ in which case this policy travels with it.
How long we keep it
- Provider recordings and transcripts: retention is configured per assistant. Our intended default is 30 days, but existing settings and deletion must be checked for the specific assistant. Provider settings do not delete historical application records or every backup.
- Application records: summaries, leads, appointments and operational events remain until an applicable retention review or deletion is completed. Automatic deletion of these records has not been verified. We review retention based on service, security and recordkeeping needs.
- Consent records: kept to document the permission given and any withdrawal. Retention and deletion require review of applicable recordkeeping obligations; this page does not promise a verified automatic deletion schedule.
- Website enquiries: reviewed for deletion when no longer needed for the enquiry or applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact us to request a review; automatic expiry has not been verified.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how it is used, or to object to certain uses. You will never be charged a different price or given worse service for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email privacy@gettworings.com. We will verify who you are before we act, and we will respond within the time your local law allows.
If your information was collected because you called a business that uses Two Rings, we will pass your request to that business and help them answer it, since the information is theirs.
Calls and texts
If you do not want to continue on a recorded line, avoid providing more information and end the call; see Call recording & consent. For an activated messaging program, reply STOP to opt out or contact support. The sender's suppression and HELP/STOP behavior must be verified before activation; see SMS terms.
Security
We use hosted services and HTTPS connections to operate the website and application. Access is intended to be limited to authorized people and providers who need it for the service. No system is perfectly secure, and this page is not a certification of every provider, historical record, permission or backup.
Children
Two Rings is a service for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child's information has reached us, contact the privacy inbox for an appropriate review and deletion request.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell business customers directly before it takes effect.
