Two Rings
SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated September 28, 2026
These terms cover text messages sent by Two Rings, and by the businesses who use Two Rings to reach their customers.
Messaging is not activated by this website. SMS registration is deferred until the first customer; messaging is not enabled at launch. These pages describe the planned conversational program. Registration, sender configuration and actual STOP/HELP handling must be verified before it is enabled. The request-to-join form saves a business email and may send a private notification to our owner, but it does not send the visitor a text or email or start an automatic callback. Estimate, Index and callback forms are not offered.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Program description
Two Rings operates the phone and text front office for small businesses. If you contacted one of those businesses — by calling them, filling in a form, or asking to be called back — you may receive text messages from them through Two Rings. These messages are about the thing you asked about. They include:
- Confirmation that your request was received, and who will follow up.
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes.
- Follow-up about a quote, job or enquiry you started.
- A reply to a text you sent the business.
This is a customer care and conversational messaging program, not a marketing list.
How you come to receive messages
You receive texts only if you gave your mobile number to the business and agreed to be contacted at it — by ticking a consent box on a form, by giving your number on a call and being told you would be texted, or by texting the business first.
If a future web form requests consent to receive calls or texts, its exact displayed wording and the consent event must be recorded and verified before that form is activated. The current request-to-join form does not request text consent.
Agreeing to receive texts is never required in order to buy anything.
Message frequency
For an activated program, message frequency varies with your enquiry and appointments. No broadcast marketing campaign is activated by these forms. Any separate marketing program would require its own reviewed consent and terms.
Cost
Two Rings does not charge you for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to opt out of an activated SMS program. You can also contact the business directly or email the support address below. The sender's actual opt-out settings and suppression workflow must be verified before messaging starts; this website does not guarantee an immediate block or a particular automatic reply in an unverified configuration.
If you later want to receive messages again, ask the business about its verified re-enrolment process. Do not assume that replying START alone re-enrols you.
How to get help
Reply HELP for help with an activated SMS program, or contact support@gettworings.com. A specific automatic HELP response is not verified yet. This website offers a recorded AI phone demonstration, not a staffed support line.
Provider keyword behavior depends on the sender and Messaging Service configuration. See Twilio's opt-out configuration documentation; that documentation is not proof of this account's settings.
Supported carriers and delivery
Messages are delivered over major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on a text message for anything urgent or safety related. If your situation is an emergency, call 911.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and the owner or authorised user of the mobile number you provide, to agree to receive messages.
Your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number, or your consent to receive text messages, with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the vendors who deliver the messages on our behalf — currently Twilio — and with the business you contacted.
Full detail is in our Privacy Policy. If you also spoke to an automated assistant on the phone, see Call recording & consent.
For businesses using Two Rings
If you use Two Rings to text your customers, you must review applicable consent, carrier and legal requirements before enabling messaging. A future callback form's consent record alone would not certify a compliant campaign. Sender registration, suppression and HELP/STOP behavior require separate verification. This page is not legal advice.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
