Two Rings
What's running today
Last updated September 28, 2026
The rest of this site describes the service. This page separates what is running now from capabilities that need a client-specific setup or are still being built. If anything here contradicts a claim elsewhere on the site, this page is correct.
Running now
- The phone answers. Our demo line is live and answers in English or Spanish. Call it: (940) 461-7464.
- Calls are recorded and disclosed at the start of every call. See Call recording & consent.
- Emergency safety instructions. A caller reporting fire, a suspected gas leak, carbon monoxide or immediate danger is told to hang up and call 911 from a safe location, before anything else is asked.
- The calculator runs in your browser. Moving its sliders does not send your figures to us.
- The request-to-join form saves your business email for personal follow-up. It does not create an account, take payment or activate service.
Configured with you during onboarding
These are part of the service and are set up and tested before you go live. They are not switched on by default because each one depends on your systems and your preferences.
- Where urgent calls go. Transferred to your on-call number, or saved for your review. You choose, and we test it before go-live.
- Who is notified, and how. Agreed in writing before activation.
- Follow-up and reactivation campaigns. You approve the campaign and the channel before anything sends.
Not running yet
- Confirmed calendar booking. The current calendar adapter returns no verified openings. The assistant can record a preferred time, but it cannot confirm an appointment or book it into a client's calendar. Booking requires a working client calendar connection, verified availability, and a successful end-to-end booking test before activation.
- Text messaging. There is no working SMS-send tool, and carrier registration has not cleared. Two Rings does not send texts to anyone. Text-back or text confirmations require registration, an approved sender and message flow, and a successful delivery test before activation.
- Non-emergency technician dispatch. There is no dispatch integration. The assistant can save the request, but it cannot assign or send a technician. A human-transfer route is a separate option that must be configured and tested. A client-specific dispatch workflow would require the owner's approved rules, a verified receiving system or person, and end-to-end testing before activation.
- Published client results. Every figure and report shown on this site is fictional and labelled as such. We have no customer results to publish yet, and we will not invent any.
- The Missed Call Index. A study we intend to run. It does not exist yet, so we have taken it off the site until it does.
Never
Two Rings is not an emergency service and never will be. A possible future client-specific technician workflow is not emergency dispatch and cannot replace 911, a gas utility, or a staffed emergency line. For fire, a suspected gas leak, a carbon monoxide alarm or anyone in immediate danger: leave the area if it is safe to do so and call 911 from a safe location. For gas, also contact your utility's emergency number once you are safe.
Why this page exists
It is easy to sell a service by describing the version of it that will exist in three months. We would rather you know what you are buying on the day you buy it. If you are considering Two Rings and something on this page matters to your decision, ask us about it directly — the answer will be the same one written here.
